Global Backlog and Planning Coordinator

Purpose

Our global operations includes a complete supply chain team that covers all aspect of it including Sales and operations planning, operation planning, procurement, stock, logistics, transport, customs and IT systems.

 

The global backlog and planning coordinator is a key role inside the operation planning and oversees the activities of all our facilities around the world. This position is part of a dynamic team of seven highly skills professionals that are orchestrating the resources of the company in order to optimize production and customer satisfaction while insuring best possible financial performance.

Key Missions

Define and manage capacity evolution and load-balancing among our 6 manufacturing sites based on Sales and Operations planning.

Analyse weekly order intake and manage order book with production sites and business unit teams.

Consolidate and monitor the Input/output control with our manufacturing sites (delivery plan, loading, supply and adherence to plan).

Identify and mitigate potential risks with production sites and global supply chain.

Facilitate weekly supply chain highlights meeting with management related to operational and planning. performance and present results to management during steering committees.

Manage “OnTime” delivery KPI, Service Level KPI and associated action plans.

Contribute to develop and maintain standard global supply chain tools.

Profile & Other Information

BAC + 5 level engineering or business school type / Specialization in Supply Chain

3 to 5 years experience in supply chain environment

Bilingual French and English

Good communication skills and ease in communication to interact with multiples levels

Professional, proactive, autonomous, motivated to learn

Good skills for MS Office tools

Skills in data analysis and data visualization like Power BI

Skills with ERP systems, Microsoft D365
