Purpose

As a Social Management Controller, you will play a key role in analyzing, ensuring the reliability, and maximizing the value of HR data. You will contribute to strategic decision-making by producing reliable social reports and monitoring HR indicators.

Key Missions

HR Indicators Management

  • Monitoring and analyzing headcount, payroll, recruitment, turnover, etc
  • Creating dashboards for the HR department and various operational teams

HR Reporting and Data Management

  • Advanced use of SuccessFactors (especially the Reporting module) to extract, structure, and analyze data
  • Ensuring data quality and structuring HR data to guarantee its reliability.
  • Participating in HR tool enhancement projects

Collaboration with HR and Payroll Services

  • Close collaboration with the payroll team to ensure consistency of analytical data
  • Verifying and monitoring discrepancies between forecasted and actual HR costs

HR Data Analysis / Ad-Hoc Reporting

  • Responding to specific HR analysis requests from various departments.
  • Advising and supporting HRBPs and managers on HR data and its interpretation

Profile & Other Information

  • Master's degree in management control, HR, or data 
  • Proven experience (at least 5 years) in social management control or HR reporting, ideally in a large company
  • Proficient in SuccessFactors, particularly in the reporting module
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes and HR operations
  • Excellent proficiency in Excel; knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus
  • Attention to detail, analytical mindset, service-oriented with a strong focus on "data quality"
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and interact with a variety of stakeholders
  • Experience in Human Resources and understanding of compensation processes
  • Professional English required to interact with international teams
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams
