Purpose

The HR Operations Officer France manages outsourced payroll through ADP, oversees the time and attendance system, and produces necessary HR documents. Keeping the HRIS updated and maintained is also an important aspect of this role. This role ensures accurate and compliant HR operations for ISI in France.

12 month fixed term contract. 

Key Missions

Payroll Management:

  • Coordinate with ADP to manage outsourced payroll processes.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll execution.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee queries.

Time and Attendance Administration:

  • Oversee the time and attendance system for all French employees.
  • Monitor attendance records and address irregularities.
  • Generate reports related to working hours and leave balances.

Documentation and Compliance:

  • Prepare and manage HR documents, including contracts, letters, and certificates.
  • Ensure all HR practices comply with French labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and data management systems.

HR Support:

  • Assist the HR Lead France with day-to-day HR operations.
  • Keep HRIS updated assuring data integrity.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.

 

 

Profile & Other Information

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in HR operations or payroll administration, ideally with expertise in ADP systems
  • In-depth knowledge of French labor laws and payroll regulations
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills
  • Analytical ability to interpret data and identify trends
  • Problem-solving skills with adaptability in a dynamic environment
  • Effective communication skills in both French and English
  • Service-oriented approach to supporting employees and optimizing HR processes
  • Confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Efficiency in managing priorities and meeting deadlines without compromising quality
