HSM Program Manager

Purpose
The HSM Business Line is hiring a HSM / Program Manager, reporting directly to the head of the business line.
Key Missions
As a HSM Program Manager, you will manage implementation programs for both internal and external customers, playing an integral role in new business solution deliveries. You main responsibilities will be to:
• Define and maintain the program roadmap aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Establish governance frameworks, policies, standards and KPIs for HSM programs.
• Bring all stakeholders together to deliver security products and solutions to our customers.
• Interact with internal experts to put in place solutions, identify possible issues and implement mitigation strategies
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure program milestones are met.
• Communicate progress and status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Profile & Other Information
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Engineering’s preferred)
- 2+ years of proven experience in customer and transversal project management
- Agile, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Skills in cryptography, security, IT, cybersecurity, HSM
- Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or similar.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus, but not mandatory
