Purpose

As Head of Sales, Europe for IDEMIA's Travel and Transport division, you will lead the commercial strategy across the European market. Your role will be pivotal in driving business growth, nurturing key client relationships, and positioning IDEMIA as the partner of choice for travel and transport security solutions. This is an exceptional opportunity for a visionary leader with a proven track record in sales leadership and deep expertise in the travel, transport, or public security sectors.

 

Key Missions

Key Responsibilities:

 

Strategic Leadership:

 

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the European market, aligned with IDEMIA's global objectives.
  • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across regions, segments, and clients.

 

Client Engagement:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in government agencies, public transport authorities, airports, and other stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary ambassador for IDEMIA's PSTT solutions, demonstrating thought leadership and industry expertise.

 

Revenue Growth:

  • Drive sales to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Lead complex negotiations and manage high-value contracts.

 

Team Development:

  • Lead and inspire a team of regional sales managers and account executives.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and performance.

 

Market Intelligence:

  • Stay ahead of market trends, competition, and regulatory developments.
  • Provide feedback to product teams to align solutions with market needs.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

 

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in public security, travel, transport, or related sectors.

Skills:

  • Strong commercial acumen and experience managing complex sales cycles.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a strong advantage.
