We’re looking for a Head of Marketing to shape the strategic marketing vision for Smart Biometrics — reinforcing our leadership in biometrics, security, and digital identity.

Key Missions

You will define and drive the overall marketing strategy to support the growth of the Business Line.

You will position Smart Biometrics in the market, boost lead generation, activate partnerships, and ensure strong alignment between marketing, sales, and business strategy.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Marketing Strategy

 

- Define and execute a marketing strategy aligned with the Business Line’s growth and profitability goals.

 

- Build and lead the 3–5 year marketing plan, in line with the BL’s value creation roadmap.

 

- Identify strategic priorities and positioning for the three verticals: SmartFlow, SmartConnect, and SmartIntegrate.

 

- Strengthen Smart Biometrics’ leadership in biometrics, security, and digital innovation, fully compliant with GDPR and cybersecurity standards.

 

  • Brand & Communication

 

- Elevate Smart Biometrics’ brand visibility nationally and internationally.

 

- Collaborate with IDEMIA Public Security’s central teams on corporate communications, PR, and major events.

 

- Lead digital communication initiatives, including social media and content strategy.

 

- Promote thought leadership through white papers, webinars, case studies, and industry conferences.

 

  • Go-to-Market & Lead Generation

 

- Partner with Sales to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that accelerate customer acquisition and retention.

 

- Design data-driven, multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, trade shows, partnerships).

 

- Build an effective digital marketing strategy for qualified lead generation.

 

- Track and optimize performance using key KPIs: pipeline growth, campaign ROI, partner engagement, product launch success, and customer satisfaction.

 

  • Offer & Product Marketing

 

- Collaborate with Product Management to ensure successful launches and targeted campaigns.

 

- Translate complex technologies into clear, compelling customer value propositions.

 

- Gather and analyze market and customer insights to guide innovation and business growth.

 

  • Leadership & Organization

 

- Lead and grow a marketing team of 2–4 professionals.

 

- Collaborate cross-functionally with corporate communication, design, and event teams.

 

- Operate in a multicultural and international environment.

 

- Define and monitor performance KPIs across all marketing activities.

 

Profile & Other Information

  • 10-15 years of experience in marketing, ideally in a high-tech, industrial, or services environment.
  • Proven experience in strategic marketing, B2B campaigns, and team leadership.
  • Background in security, biometrics, or digital identity is a strong plus
  • Fluent English (mandatory); proficiency in French or other languages is an advantage.
