Industrial Strategy Associate

Purpose
Our Industrial Operations & Services (IOS) team is a global workforce of over 6,000 collaborators with expertise in manufacturing, supply chain management, quality assurance, engineering, personalization services, and support. With 6 factories and 30+ service centers serving all continents, they efficiently serve all our businesses, embracing the future by investing in Industry 4.0 technologies, driving innovation and efficiency across our operations.
Part of a team of five experienced engineers, the main role of the Industrial strategy Associate is to do strategic transformation studies and to support Budget & Mid-Term plan elaboration.
Key Missions
As our new Industrial Operations Associate you will:
- Support 3-year strategy definition for the Industrial Operations & Services organization
- Support budget definition for Industrial Operations & Services organization
- Conduct Ad Hoc specific strategic studies and elaborates strategic recommendations, e.g. M&A, Industrial Footprint optimization, factory reconfiguration, strategic project framing, etc.
- Identify investment and divestment opportunities
- Interact with N+2 across the organization on strategic topics
- Prepare C-Level presentations under guidance
- Structure complex topics to ease arbitration
- Drive a workstream autonomously within a global strategic project
To succeed in this position, you will need the following:
- Education: engineering degree (Ecole Polytechnique (Palaiseau), Ecole des Mines de Paris, Ecole Centrale de Paris, Ecole des Ponts PariTech, Telecom Paris, ENSTA Paris, SUPAERO, Ecole Centrale de Lyon)
- Experience in industry will be an asset
- Language: fluent English is mandatory, French will be an asset
- Industrial operations - know how, familiar with mass production industry,
- Understanding of financial part of business will be useful,
- Analytic mindset and proactive attitude.
