Purpose

This role owns the customer relationship with a clear target to close a sales deal by leading the end to end solutions sales process.

Key Missions

  • Leads the end to end solution sales process (from commercial offer to solution delivery)
  • Identifies potential customer, leads or prospects
  • Maintains close customer relationship
  • Understands customer needs
  • Coordinates discussion with all sales process partners (customer, technical team)
  • Provides product or solution demonstration to the customer
  • Defines offer’s proposal
  • Ensures solution delivery following terms agreement (timeline, cost)
  • Supports customer needs after delivery and implementation
  • Provides timely and accurate deals forecast (target revenue, booking)
  • Manages own client portfolio guiding them proactively into purchasing IDEMIA digital solutions
  • Creates and maintains account plans for each major customer
  • Grows company visibility across covered scope
  • Leads autonomously end to end solution sales process
  • Influences budget and requirements of stakeholders
  • Interacts with customer decision makers or C-Level for all type of deals
  • Influences product roadmap based on market and product knowledge
  • Manages major customer portfolio
