In our team, you will play a pivotal role in fostering engaging and cohesive communication channels within our organization. With 10 years of experience in internal communication, you will leverage your expertise to develop and execute strategies that align with our company's ambitions and values. This role requires a hands-on approach, where you will not only lead but also actively participate in delivering various communication initiatives.

Key Missions

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive internal communication strategies that effectively convey company objectives, initiatives, and updates to employees.
  • Create engaging content for internal newsletters, intranet, email communications, and other platforms to keep employees informed and motivated, utilizing storytelling techniques to enhance message delivery.
  • Manage and maintain internal communication channels, ensuring timely delivery of messages and fostering two-way communication.
  • Oversee the organization of internal events, town halls, and meetings, including content development, logistics, and coordination, as well as manage an internal studio for IST’s digital events.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives, gathering feedback and making recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in internal communication, incorporating innovative ideas into our communication strategies.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in internal communication, preferably in the technology industry, with proven track record of developing and executing successful internal communication initiatives.
  • Strong writing skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content (both in English & French)
  • Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization and to work in a matrix environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines; strong project management skills are essential to succeed in this role; being customer-service and detail oriented will be key to the role.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into effective communication plans.
  • Proficiency in communication tools and platforms, including intranet & email systems.
  • Fluent in French & English
