International Talent & Learning Project Manager / Apprenticeship

Purpose
We are currently looking for an International Talent & Learning Coordinator reporting to the Division Talent & Development Director to foster our employee talent & development programs and deliver top of the game HR Services.
Key Missions
Your missions will be:
- Participate to the elaboration of our Talent Development and Learning roadmap
- Support in different HR projects development and deployment by working together with HR professionals and managers world-wide
- Support on the annual HR processes such as Performance Review and Talent Review
- Deploy the Learning roadmap and follow-up on KPIs
To succeed in this position, you will need the following skills:
- A first successful internship experience in HR
- Demonstrate curiosity
- Strong analytic approach (good Excel skills)
- Good organization and priority management
- Autonomy
- Team spirit
- Fluent in English
