This role drives the success of IDEMIA and ensures that best-in-class strategies are delivered to attract and engage the best talent, focusing on building a strong partnership with Hiring Managers and driving a strong candidate experience

Key Missions

6-month internship - Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Talent Acquisition France team of 5 people is looking for its future intern. 

As part of the recruitment team, you will provide support on recruitment issues for France and take part in various HR projects related to Talent Development.


Your tasks will be as follows:

1/ Supporting the Talent Acquisition team:

  • Sourcing candidates from CV libraries and professional social networks;
  • Assist with headhunting/direct approaches for certain profiles;
  • Pre-qualify candidates by telephone;
  • Taking part in candidate interviews in tandem with the consultants;


2) Managing the Trainee & Part-time Worker community:

  • Set up actions to animate the community;
  • Supporting their integration in conjunction with the HRBPs;
  • Monitoring their progress, evaluating with managers and identifying talent;


3/ Campus Management project:

  • Maintaining and developing our employer brand with schools;
  • Organising forums and events for schools;
  • Communication of Campus activities on social networks and Intranet in partnership with our Communications department.



Profile:
 

  • With a degree (Bac +3/5) from a business school or university equivalent, you would like to join a leading international group in the new technologies sector;
  • Previous recruitment experience would be appreciated, but is not compulsory;
  • English: a good level of English is required as it is commonly used with non-French-speaking managers and candidates.


You will have :

  • Excellent adaptability, autonomy and organisational skills;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • A sense of team spirit and a taste for teamwork;
  • Dynamism and good humour!


Position based at our head office in La Défense.

Duration: 6 months
Desired start date: January 2025
