Legal and Executive Assistant

Purpose

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Legal Assistant / Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to the General Counsel and senior executives.

This dual-role position requires a professional who can manage sensitive legal documentation, coordinate executive-level schedules, and ensure the smooth operation of the legal department.

Key Missions

  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and proofreading legal documents
  • Conduct basic legal research and compile findings into organized reports
  • Maintain and organize case files
  • Coordinate with outside counsel, court personnel, and other stakeholders
  • Monitor deadlines and manage legal calendars
  • Prepare and submit filings to courts and regulatory bodies
  • Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, travel arrangements
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Assist in preparing reports, spreadsheets, and other documents
  • Maintain an organized filing system for both digital and physical documents.
  • Order office supplies and coordinate with vendors 

Profile & Other Information

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a legal assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar role.

Verbal and Written Communication: Fluent English at business level is mandatory given the global business context.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with legal software and case management tools is an advantage.

Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

Professionalism: High level of discretion, confidentiality, and attention to detail

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred. Paralegal certification or equivalent legal training is a plus.
