Purpose
In his/her role as part of the IST Ethics & Anti-Corruption Compliance team, the candidate will support in managing day-to-day tasks to implement the IST Ethics & Anti-Corruption procedures globally. Based in La Défense, Paris and reporting into the IST Division Ethics & Anti-Corruption Compliance Officer.
Key Missions
- Assist in managing all administrative steps related to due diligence analysis, internal validation procedures and KYC assessments for the IST Division's operations.
- Support with tasks related to IST corruption risk mapping as well as internal and external audits.
- Support with activities relating to Compliance training for the IST Division employees.
- Closely monitoring implementation of the Compliance Polices vis-a-vis legislative and regulatory framework.
- Provide administrative assistance to the IST Division Chief Legal Officer and his/her global direct reports team, including the IST Division Ethics Compliance Officer as required.
Profile & Other Information
- Bachelor’s degree in law or any other discipline with a preference for specialization in regulatory matters
- 2-5 years of experience in assistance for Compliance and/or Risk Management departments or executive assistance with an interest to be trained in a specialist area like Ethics and Anti-Corruption discipline
- Ability to work in autonomy, structured and rigorous with a good drive of cross-functional administrative processes until full completion
- Excellent proficiency in using IT office systems & tools
- Fluency in English and French (verbal and written) .
