Purpose

You will be in charge of the Digital offer for ISI and Identity markets. You will be responsible to define the Digital ID Solution products strategy and its execution as well as the coordination of its promotion.

The Digital ID Solutions are comprised of four primary components:
•    mobile ID
•    IDproof
•    Idemia Smart Card Connector
•    Other digital components 
 
On top of managing the Mobile ID itself, it will be essential that this solution is integrated in the IDway ecosystem supporting the major KPIs (eg security, UX support, etc), technology stacks, and standards (eg OSIA) of the IDway suite.  You will have to work with the other product managers of the suite in order to have an end-to-end coherent solution.
  
 You must be able to communicate with many entities:
•    You will work with IDEMIA R&D or Partners to define product requirements and then with IDEMIA Product Delivery teams to implement the projects that will constitute the roadmap
•    You will work with the IDEMIA Regional Business Lines to contribute to RFP answers, define the go-to-market strategy and will be helping them to position our product in their markets. You will also communicate the product roadmap and product features to them.
•    You will work with the Operational Marketing and Group Marcom to represent ID System for IDEMIA in events and to create product documentation / artifacts.

Key Missions

  • Collects client requirements from the business, customer feedback and market analysis
  • Assesses market and business relevancy
  • Creates product requirements for our products and services
  • Manages the product life-cycle
  • Documents and executes the product roadmap in respect to the budget and planning associated
  • Presents products and technologies to various audiences
  • Monitors sales pipeline as well as activities of the competition
  • Trains and supports pre-sales and sales teams providing marketing material, standard offers and tender nuggets
  • Contributes to marketing strategies (e.g., advertising, informational webinars or blogs, direct marketing, trade shows or public events, business customer relationship building, etc.).
  • Owns responsibility of missions of level 1 and or 2 depending on the size and structure of the organization
  • Conducts offer and product management of solutions (portfolio of products) and the more complex products (with higher deployment complexity for example)
  • Masters the entire offer of a business line, region or a BU
  • Acts as a referent for new comers
  • Prepares and delivers product presentation to customers
  • Acts as a spokesperson for media events
  • Challenges product requirements raised by the business based on extensive market knowledge and business model understanding
  • Identifies companies for local or global partnership based on business goals
