Product Marketing Manager

Purpose
We are looking for a strategic and execution-oriented Product Marketing Manager to support the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for our SaaS products. In this role, you will deeply understand our customers, market, and product, and translate that insight into compelling narratives that drive adoption, retention, and revenue.
You will work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Communication, and Customer Success to ensure our product delivers clear value at every stage of the customer lifecycle.
Key Missions
- Support product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for our SaaS offerings
- Define go-to-market strategy for new product launches, features, and integrations
- Conduct market, competitive, and customer research to inform messaging and roadmap decisions
- Cooperate with Product Management to influence product direction and prioritize customer needs
- Enable Sales and Customer Success teams with sales decks, battle cards, demos, pricing narratives, and training
- Collaborate with Communication team on campaigns that drive pipeline, conversion, and expansion
- Support customer lifecycle marketing including onboarding, adoption, retention, and upsell initiatives
- Gather and synthesize customer feedback to improve product-market fit and messaging
Profile & Other Information
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 3–7+ years of experience in product marketing or related roles within a SaaS or B2B software environment
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, pricing, packaging, and customer lifecycles
- Experience launching SaaS products and features to market
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear customer value
- Proven cross-functional collaboration skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B SaaSFamiliar with Telecom industry
- Experience with competitive intelligence and win/loss analysis
