Program Coordinator

Purpose
At IDEMIA Travel & Transport, a business line of IDEMIA Public Security, we enable the secure and seamless movement of people worldwide. Our AI-driven biometric solutions enhance border security, streamline passenger journeys, and support trusted traveler programs. With 700M+ travelers processed annually and 4,000+ biometric systems deployed globally, we are a key player in shaping the future of secure travel.
In this cross-functional role, you act as the key liaison between Program Managers and management, ensuring effective coordination of procurement, program administration, and financial reporting. You oversee the execution of operational and financial processes for programs in Europe, while providing strategic support to management for decision-making and resource optimization.
Key Missions
Procurement for IDEMIA Travel & Transport France (15%)
Place Purchase Requests (PR) and Orders (PO) for T&T France
Follow-up on payments to vendors
Hardware
Liaise with logistics providers and program teams on delivery schedules
Perform Goods Receipt on received goods (GR)
Manage inventory and warehouse (where applicable)
Perform Goods Issuance for cost charging into project upon transfer of ownership of goods to customer (GI)
Software/Services
Perform GR for completed services on Programs
Interco Purchasing Order (PO) from other entities (10%)
Process interco POs from other IPS entities (Singapore, UAE, India, Australia)
Liaise with SmartBio team on biometric devices supply chain
Issue interco invoice to other IPS entities.
Program Admin (15%)
Track programs invoicing schedule
Perform customer invoicing
Business Ops (Europe) (60%)
Revenue forecast
Program EAC tracking
Program dashboard support
Demand planning forecast (Europe + MEA)
Profile & Other Information
- Master's degree in Business or an equivalent field, with a solid understanding of accounting/finance principles.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Fluent in both French and English.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage various stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel within the Paris area, including to our Osny site.
