Program Manager

We are looking for a Program Manager to lead customer programs across Europe for Justice and Public Safety Business Line. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, drive delivery excellence, and own program financials throughout the contract lifecycle.
Justice and Public Safety (JPS) is IDEMIA Public Security’s dedicated business line focused on empowering law enforcement agencies worldwide. Leveraging over 50 years of biometric expertise, JPS develops cutting-edge solutions such as fingerprint and facial recognition, investigative analytics, and mobile biometric devices. Trusted by more than 85 governments across 55 countries, our mission is to help prevent offenses, solve crimes, and protect communities by delivering fast, secure, and reliable identification technologies tailored to the evolving needs of justice and public safety professionals.
What you’ll do
- Be the customer’s primary management point of contact; build trust, collect feedback, and turn it into continuous improvement, customer satisfaction and upsell opportunities.
- Lead and align cross-functional teams (engineering, supply, purchasing, legal, finance, partners) to hit scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets.
- Plan and govern execution using IDEMIA’s Program Management System (equivalent to Prince2), including tollgates and Key Performance Indicators monitoring.
- Own the program P&L: forecast revenue/cost, track margin, secure cash-flow milestones, and drive invoicing accuracy.
- Anticipate and manage risks; define mitigations; escalate for support when needed.
- Ensure contractual compliance; lead amendments, claims handling, and change requests.
Profile & Other Information
- Education: Engineering or Master’s degree in engineering
- Experience: Minimum 5 years managing programs with cross-functional teams and customer-facing responsibilities.
- Proven P&L accountability and financial acumen (revenue forecasting, margin, cash-flow).
- Contract management and negotiation skills with customers, partners, and suppliers.
- Strong program fundamentals: risk analysis & mitigation, KPI dashboards, governance & tollgates.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, critical thinking, and problem solving.
- Languages: fluent English, Spanish and French
- Certifications (optional): PMP, Prince2, Agile credentials welcome.
Travel: ~20–30% across Europe depending on program phase
