Purpose

The Value Creation & Business Excellence function is the engine behind our company's most critical transformation and growth priorities. Spanning four sub-teams - Value Creation & Transformation, Sales Excellence, Demand, and Pricing - we work across the business to build the vision, drive execution, and ensure that value creation is measured and sustained.

The Value Creation & Transformation sub-team sits at the heart of this function. We manage a portfolio of strategic programmes, hold the organisation to account on delivery, and translate complex business challenges into structured, trackable initiatives. This is a high-visibility team with close proximity to senior leadership.

We are looking for a PMO Transformation to join the Value Creation & Transformation team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated, analytically-minded professional who wants to be at the centre of large-scale change - not on the periphery of it.

You will split your time between two equally important areas: keeping our programme portfolio running smoothly through strong governance and coordination, and producing the data-driven reporting and insights that help senior leaders make confident decisions. You will work directly with the team manager and have visibility across every major transformation initiative in the business. In the current context of digitalisation, data management is a critical element within transformation, and you will have the opportunity to drive the automation roadmap within the business unit.

This role suits someone who takes ownership instinctively, sweats the details without losing sight of the big picture, and thrives in an environment where no two weeks look the same.

Key Missions

Programme Governance & Coordination

  • Own and maintain action trackers, and change control processes across the programme portfolio, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Prepare for and facilitate governance forums - including steering committees and working-group sessions, producing structured notes and driving actions to completion.
  • Maintain SharePoint programme sites, ensuring documentation is current, organised, and accessible to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Proactively track cross-programme dependencies and flag risks or blockers before they become delivery issues.
  • Support the continuous improvement of PMO templates, frameworks, and ways of working as the team scales.

Reporting, Data & Insights

  • Design and drive the automation and AI adoption roadmap, conceptualizing and executing use cases that increase efficiency and create value.
  • Build and maintain Excel-based data models, trackers, and performance reports that underpin the team's monthly and bi-weekly reporting cycles.
  • Develop Power BI dashboards that give leadership a clear, real-time view of portfolio status, KPIs, milestones, and resource utilisation.
  • Produce high-quality PowerPoint packs for senior and executive stakeholders, translating complex data into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Perform variance and trend analysis across programme data to surface actionable insights, not just numbers.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across multiple sources and reporting tools, acting as the team's quality checkpoint.
  • Support financial tracking and FTE forecasting, maintaining structured models that feed into business planning cycles.

Profile & Other Information

Experience & Skills

  • 2–3 years of experience in a PMO, programme support, or business analyst role.
  • Experience in data management or automation is preferred.
  • Strong Excel capability
  • Demonstrated experience producing senior stakeholder presentations in PowerPoint
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, Sharepoint management
  • Solid understanding of programme governance principles

Mindset & Behaviours

  • A genuine can-do attitude: you see problems as things to solve, not escalate.
  • Data-driven by default: you back opinions with evidence and know how to tell a story with numbers.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail, particularly under time pressure and across multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels - from analysts to senior executives - both in writing and in person.
  • Proactive and self-directed: you manage your own priorities and flag issues early rather than waiting to be asked.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics/Science, or a related analytical discipline.
  • A relevant PMO certification is desirable but not essential - we care more about what you can do than what's on paper.
