Purpose
Customer Service Representative (Sales Administration & Sales Operations)
📍 Paris – La Défense | Hybrid (2 days remote per week)

IDEMIA Public Security is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Administration des Ventes).

Key Missions
1. Sales Administration

Create and manage sales orders in D365 ERP for a dedicated region.

Coordinate order-to-cash processing, invoicing, and billing with internal teams to optimize customer satisfaction and revenue recognition.

Support the sales team by troubleshooting operational, IT, and administrative issues.

Serve as the direct point of contact for customer queries on pricing, lead times, and documentation.

Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards in all sales-related activities.
2. Sales Operations

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying improvement opportunities.

Recommend and implement process optimization initiatives.

Act as the bridge between Supply Chain (demand, production, and stock management) and Logistics (warehouse, order preparation, and customer shipments).

Manage allocations, shipment priorities, and help resolve logistics and quality issues.

Collect and track data on local logistics costs.

Collaborate closely with supply chain, product, finance, and customer service teams for smooth operations.
Profile & Other Information
Skills & Competencies

Proficiency in ERP systems (D365 preferred), Excel, and CRM tools (Salesforce).

Strong problem-solving mindset with a can-do attitude and process-oriented approach.

Excellent communication skills, comfortable working in a multicultural, matrix organization.

Curious, with an eagerness to understand our products and solutions.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Education & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (or equivalent).

5–10 years of experience in sales administration, ideally with exposure to logistics topics.

Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a strong plus.
