Sales Assistant

Purpose

This roles supports the Sales teams to materialize the forecast and coordination with Product lines, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance to secure the revenue commitment of the Division

Key Missions

Commercial coordination:

  • Monitoring of Trade Compliance
  • Circulation, management and storage of quality documents and agreements
  • Plans and coordinates meetings, agendas and travel arrangements
  • Manages purchasing requests, orders, supplier and service provider invoicing monitoring
  • Organization and implementation of customer/partner visits and delegations
  • Organization of events (seminars, workshops, etc.)
  • Interface with internal and external contacts

 

Call for tenders support:

  • Administrative documentation necessary for calls for tenders
  • Legalizations, translations, sworn translations
  • Help with customer references, choice of references, signatures of letters by customers

 

Nature and scope of responsibilities:

  • Decision-making and responsibility in the context of responses to calls for tenders - Makes operational decisions without financial implications
  • Internal Relations: With operational staff and support functions (such as finance, general services, legal, HR, assistants, etc.)
  • External Relations: Service providers in line with their responsibilities (suppliers, consulting firm, translation agency, notary, couriers, etc.), Partners, Consultants, clients

 
 

Profile

  • Min Bac+ 2 assistant or Commerce
  • Experience: 3 years of experience desired in a similar position
  • International scope
  • Verbal and written communication in French and English required; a third language is a plus
  • IT skills (Office Pack, SAP, Outlook, D365, etc.)
