Key Missions
Job Summary:
The Sales Excellence Manager plays a key role in driving digital transformation and optimizing commercial performance. They support the implementation of strategic initiatives to enhance team efficiency, structure processes, and develop new growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of the co-account strategy, including initiatives related to pricing and digitalization.
- Leverage data from CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to provide strategic insights and ensure data reliability.
- Assist sales teams in improving processes, such as activity reviews and action plan development.
- Develop dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor commercial effectiveness.
- Train and support teams on tools and methodologies, fostering adoption and engagement.
- Collaborate with local and global teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment of initiatives.
Profile Required:
- Significant experience in sales management, digital transformation, or consulting.
- Expertise in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), pricing, and data analysis.
- Strong project management skills, analytical mindset, and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Fluent in English, with proven ability to drive change and deliver results.
