Role
The item Master Data team is part of the supply chain, its missions are:
- Ensure quality of the Data in the Idemia systems
- Ensure Smooth S&OP process
- Identify and drive Process improvement
The role of “Master Data Manager” is to
- Global MRP / S&OP process moitoring
- Item Quality Checks
- Interface with IT Application teams
- Manage Master Data team members
Main Activities
You will be in charge of:
- Managing item creation requests
- Control Quality of the request
- Run Global MRP and dispatch Forecast files
- Define Process improvement projects
- Drive Process improvement projects
- Liaise with IT
- Manage KPIs on Data entry (created, first time good, elapse time, …)
As part of the Master Data team you will be part of the Operations of the company, you will have to deal with Key Users who create data and use the processes and tools and with the IT team in charge of development.
In a complex structure (5 ERPs) you have to ensure the quality and integrity of end to end processes crossing multiple systems.
Requirements & Profil
Given the number of players and the importance of the processes, you will be working on, strong interpersonal skills, and structured mindset with attention to details is mandatory.

Education: Engineer level or equivalent
Experience: 10 to 15 years experience in Supply Chain

The position will be located in Courbevoie, France.
The Master Data team is spread across France, Hungary, Germany and India.
