Lead technical customer interface for IOT Ecosystem customers, managing IOT MVNOs, OEMs and Module makers.

Providing technical consultancy and support throughout the customer lifecycle for products and services including:

Connectivity: SIM & eSIM (eUICC)

Subscription Management Services

OTA Services

IOT Security services


Main tasks :

  • Pre-Sales:

Main interface for all technical activity with your allocated customers;

Proactively act to understand customer technical needs and identify potential card/solution in relation with IDEMIA product roadmap;

Lobby and create customer awareness of IDEMIA product and services;

Ensure feedback to Product Business Line on technical features required by the customer to help at the definition of IDEMIA product;

Provide on-going technical support to sales/distribution channels and contribute towards preparation of sales presentations, tender responses and proposals;

Conduct product training and presentation to customer;

Provide accurate consolidated reporting on weekly basis


  • Project Management

Define the Functional Requirement Specification (FRS) for any Application or Card project with the customer;

Product Guide from Product Business Line and with proper alignment with Pricing Desk and Demand team;

Manage the full delivery of (e)SIM card and platform service projects;

Project coordination with Technical Excellence Centre for EP, BAP and DAD (Artwork);

Represent internally the customer to make sure that any delivery and communications are coherent with customer prime expectations;

Perform Test/BAP card validation, both internal and external with customer onsite it includes preparation of test cards, testing, first level of investigation, take traces, reproduce the issues found;

Provide project approval/sign off to all relevant department;

Manage all migration project in assigned account.


  • Post-Sales

Maintain close relationship with technical counterpart of customer.

Assist in quality complaint from customer on delivered goods through first level local troubleshooting. Support Quality team in the resolution of the problem and coordinate response/communication to the customer;

Provide ad-hoc support to the Technical Consultant community
