Transformation Lead

Purpose
Key Missions
- Support IPS and each Business Lines (BLs) on their transformation plans definition, execution and monitoring
- Drive the implementation of plans through dedicated governance, reporting and drumbeat
- Monitor execution from a financial and operational perspective
- Consolidate the Division's Business Lines plans
- Support BLs in identifying the right internal and external resources (market experts, data sources…) to help them with their transformation objectives
- Prepares and leads presentations
Skills :
- Engineering or Business School background you have a proven experience of 5 to 10 years in a Tier 1 professional service firm or a Private Equity
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrable leadership on large-scale projects including but not limited to transformation plans, merger integrations, carve-outs, value creation
- Broad operational experience across industry combined with advisory experience
- Strong facilitation skills, forging consensus around credible, executable solutions, ability to engage with leadership teams
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
