Purpose

This role performs tasks across different areas like Market Research and Analysis, Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Communications, Promotional Marketing, Marketing Operations and Creative Marketing

Key Missions

  • Defines targeted customer segments and associated messaging
  • Develops market strategies and plans
  • Manages branding, advertising, promotional and communications budgets
  • Creates and coordinates the production and distribution of advertising and promotional materials
  • Works with relevant departments, e.g. Sales for Demand Generation
  • Creates brand awareness in the organization
  • Gathers, analyzes, and interprets marketplace trends and customer data to understand, model and predict market environment
  • Owns responsibility of missions of level 1 depending on the size and structure of the organization
  • Owns responsibility of single products
  • Prepares and reviews advertising and promotional materials
  • Monitors market environment, trends, competition, regulation to support business activities
  • Researches competitor strategy and development
  • Reviews, refines and approves work done by junior team members
  • Participates in executive briefings
