Purpose


IDEMIA Public Security's Travel and Transport division has been pioneering innovative solutions for secure global mobility for over 40 years. Our team of 500+ professionals specializes in ensuring safe movement of people and objects worldwide. With 2200+ installed gates and touchpoints processing 700 million passengers annually, we develop end-to-end solutions, integrating biometrics, ID management, and data analytics to enhance the passenger experience without compromising security. A French-Kazakh joint venture, Qazaqstan Identity & Security LLP, is seeking a proactive and highly organized Office Manager to join our team in Astana. This position is ideal for someone with strong administrative and communication skills, excellent English proficiency, and a hands-on approach to office operations.

 

Key Missions

  • Managing all incoming and outgoing correspondence (document flow)
  • Translating documents and communications from/to English
  • Preparing visa support documents for foreign specialists
  • Coordinating with suppliers (contract requests, acceptance acts), reconciling monthly expenses
  • Drafting and maintaining meeting minutes and internal protocols
  • Ordering office supplies and essentials
  • Coordinating with couriers and postal services
  • Organizing internal events, offsite team-building activities, and business trips

Profile & Other Information

  • 1–3 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; strong knowledge of business etiquette
  • High level of accuracy, responsibility, and self-motivation
  • Advanced level of English (C2) — mandatory
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage conflict and resolve issues efficiently
