A French-Kazakh joint venture, Qazaqstan Identity & Security LLP, is seeking a proactive and highly organized Office Manager to join our team in Astana. This position is ideal for someone with strong administrative and communication skills, excellent English proficiency, and a hands-on approach to office operations.
Key Missions
- Managing all incoming and outgoing correspondence (document flow)
- Translating documents and communications from/to English
- Preparing visa support documents for foreign specialists
- Coordinating with suppliers (contract requests, acceptance acts), reconciling monthly expenses
- Drafting and maintaining meeting minutes and internal protocols
- Ordering office supplies and essentials
- Coordinating with couriers and postal services
- Organizing internal events, offsite team-building activities, and business trips
Profile & Other Information
- 1–3 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication; strong knowledge of business etiquette
- High level of accuracy, responsibility, and self-motivation
- Advanced level of English (C2) — mandatory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to manage conflict and resolve issues efficiently
