Purpose

IDEMIA is looking for a highly motivated Data Analyst to drive continuous improvement initiatives and support operational business growth. This role serves as the link between technical solutions and business needs to deliver actionable insights, optimize manufacturing processes, and enable data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying digital solutions while working closely with non-technical to technical stakeholders to gather requirements, transform data, and drive business decisions.

Key Missions

  • Perform extract, transform, and load (ETL) data processes from ERP and D365 systems, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI data models using DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) formulas or calculations and advanced analytics.
  • Customize and adapt the capabilities of Canvas Apps using Power Automate, Power BI, and other Power Platform tools to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical guidance, document specifications, and maintain procedural records.
  • Lead weekly and monthly digital governance meetings to track project roadmaps and deliverables.
  • Train end-users, promote adoption of digital solutions, and provide on-going technical assistance.
  • Support ad-hoc requests, including but not limited to Power BI dashboards and Power Apps applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest Power Platform trends and best practices.

Profile & Other Information

  • Bachelor’s degree from four-year college/university in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related discipline.
  • Minimum one-year experience in data analysis, preferably in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on reports, dashboards, trends, and forecasts.
  • Minimum one-year experience in systems development, data management, and business intelligence.
  • Proficiency with automated reporting and advanced analysis tools (SQL, Python, R, Microsoft Fabric) and familiarity with data visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication skills with attention to detail and ability to translate technical findings for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to correlate both qualitative and quantitative findings to produce actionable insights.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently while collaborating across other departments in Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Production, etc.
