Program Manager (Automotive Connectivity)

Purpose
As Program Manager, Automotive Connectivity, you will lead strategic connectivity programs for leading North American automotive manufacturers. You will be responsible for delivering programs on time, on quality, and on budget while building strong customer relationships and leading cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.
This role combines customer engagement, program leadership, and operational excellence in a fast-paced, international environment.
Key Missions
- Lead one or more connectivity programs for major North American automotive OEMs
- Ensure successful program delivery in line with customer expectations, quality standards, schedule, and financial targets
- Serve as the primary customer contact for all operational and program-related matters
- Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication, stakeholder alignment, and effective issue resolution
- Coordinate and influence cross-functional teams across Sales, Engineering, Product & Offering Management, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and Legal
- Build trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders while anticipating future business opportunities and risks
- Monitor program performance, quality, execution, and billings
- Support contract negotiations and pre-sales activities
- Promote continuous improvement of processes, tools, and ways of working
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, Automotive standards (APQP, IATF 16949…) and internal governance processes
Profile & Other Information
- Minimum 10 years of Program Management experience
- Strong customer-facing experience in complex business environments
- Experience in either Automotive or Connectivity is required. Experience in both is a strong advantage
- Proven success leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders
- Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent
- PMP certification is a plus
