Program Manager
Our Business Unit, IDEMIA Public Security, is one of the leading global providers of biometric solutions that facilitate and secure movements, access, and protection.
Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee and manage customer relations and program execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in government business, Systems Integration projects and contract management, and possess excellent organizational skills. He/She will have a proactive approach to increasing business through change orders and upsell opportunities.
Key Missions
- Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for customers, seek feedback, and pursue continuous improvement and business development with customer organization
- Upselling Initiatives: Drive and implement upselling strategies to enhance revenue opportunities and expand client engagement
- Program Team Leadership: Lead and support the program team to achieve objectives and provide direction to stakeholders
- Compliance and Planning: Ensure compliance with customer requirements and organize work according to the Program Management System process
- Performance Monitoring and Risk Management: Perform tollgate reviews, monitor KPIs, manage risks, and define mitigation plans
- Financial Management: Manage program profit and loss, revenue, invoicing forecasts, and ensure contract adherence. Optimize cash flow by prompt invoicing and delayed purchasing
- Program Leadership: Autonomously lead programs
This role will have a high level of seniority within the local legal entity, and as such, you may also have additional responsibilities related to the Facility Security Officer (FSO).
The program manager will :
- Ensure implementation of ABDO requirements for IDEMIA NL and realize all duties related to National Secret Information Management
- Represent local organisation with Authorities
Profile & Other Information
- Master's degree from a business school, university, or engineering school specializing in electronics or IT
- Knowledge of European communities
- Previous experience in program management with international clients (10 to 15 years) with experience in electronics or services
- Professional proficiency in English and previous experience in a multinational company preferred
- Autonomous, enthusiastic, and proactive
- Agility and ability to communicate in a multi-country environment
- Customer focus and experience in international contract management
- Proven ability to build client relationships and seek additional business opportunities
