As a Certification Project Manager, you will work as part of a team with Technical Managers and Certification Team Experts and play a crucial role on our team. In doing so, you will work on Common Criteria related activities and Embedded Software development support, among other things.
The ISI Embedded R&D department consists of approximately 50 employees and is in close contact with the Business Product Marketing Lines on the one hand and with Evaluation / Certification laboratories and Bodies on the other. The department consists of specialists in the field of State-of-the-Art Secure Embedded Software development.
Your responsibility
- Has a deep knowledge of the Common Criteria security certification
- Demonstrates skills in managing product certification projects
- Manages certification laboratories and certification bodies
- Support development teams in delivering certification deliveries
- Write and maintain up-to-date Common Criteria Security Target
- Knowledgeable in Common Criteria Protection Profiles
- Deep understanding of Common Criteria Assurance Classes and Deliverables
- Follow-up and Become an expert in next CC evolutions
- Bet the preferred interface to Local Certification Laboratories and Local Certification Bodies
- Knows both Physical and Logical Security
- Defines product certification strategy including certification roadmap, schedules, cost estimates, resource plans, documentation, etc.
- Leads the progress of the certification project against scope, timeline, budgets, quality standards and regulatory constraints
- Conducts risk analysis and monitors the certification mitigation plan
- Provides vision and direction to all stakeholders including technical teams and internal or external customers and partners
- Proposes proactively ways of optimizing certification deliveries
- Ensures the proper communication and reporting to all stakeholders
- Owns the quality, cost and timeline of the certification project
- Supports business teams as needed in plans, reporting, certification strategy definition
What you need to make the difference
- MSc in Technology or similar;
- At least 5 years' experience in a similar position;
- You're a team player but you can work independently as well. Besides, risk management and problem solving are important skills as well;
- Experience with Security Certification methodologies such as Common Criteria, FIPS

- Gross salary between €4500,- and €6000,- based on 36-a hour work week;
- Annual contract for 36 hours per week with the prospect of permanent employment;
