Senior Executive Technical - Field Operations (Hyderabad)

Purpose

This role supports the Sales teams in guiding internal processes and tools, providing sales analysis, and monitoring the business activity

Key Missions

We are looking for Senior Executive Technical - Field Operations to be based at Hyderabad Location with experience of 1-4 years.
Job responsibilities:

  • Timely resolution of field escalations as per defined TAT for various programs and raising tickets for all unresolved complaints.
  • Partner onboarding support, device set up and implementation of new modules.
  • Consolidating and sharing the trouble shooting / challenges with RCA to the client.
  • Communication on process / providing technical training or update amendments in the programs. Circulating the process notes to the regional manager/ FOS/ Channel partners on all program and arrange for
  • periodic refresher program.
  • Responsible for all Installation and Day to Day Technical Support of BCA.
  • Responsible for Training and Development part of BCA Agents.
  • Training/development/motivation/guidance of channel partners and field agent to accomplish set goals and target
  • Maintaining excellent relationship with BCA and Bank to help in business delivery and its growth

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Proven record of accomplishment of successfully managing technical support to BFSI w.r.t processes facing the business deliveries.
  • Good communication skills and hands-on approach/ self-driven professional.
  • Ability to manage multiple program and customers
  • Experience of working in a high growth, fast pace environment, start-up experience.
  • Ability to handle fast pace changes effectively.
  • Positive aggression and ability to work extremely hard.
