Key Missions
General Overview
As an Industrialization Engineer, you play a key role in implementing technical and organizational solutions to optimize industrial processes. You collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the quality, efficiency, and profitability of projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and defend investment proposals based on technical, economic, and capacity studies.
- Draft technical specifications and produce associated documentation.
- Oversee the qualification, testing, and ramp-up of equipment on-site and at suppliers' facilities.
- Coordinate the transfer of technologies and processes between production sites.
- Contribute to the lifecycle management of equipment, from technology watch to obsolescence.
- Provide technical support to resolve production issues.
- Manage projects by tracking milestones, conducting risk analysis, and providing regular reporting.
Profile:
Education:
- Engineering degree (Bac+5) or equivalent in the industrial field.
Experience:
- Initial experience in industrialization or industrial project management is a plus.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of technical analysis and project management tools (e.g., ERP, reporting tools).
- Ability to draft technical documentation and specifications.
Personal Qualities:
- Analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and in an international environment.
- Strong communication skills in both French and English.
