This role plays a key part in driving operational excellence, employee experience, and continuous improvement across our HR processes.

Key Missions

Join our vibrant, globally connected HR Operations team—a diverse, people-focused group dedicated to operational excellence and continuous improvement. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist based in Indonesia to support seamless HR delivery, enhance employee experience, and ensure compliance with local labor laws.

You’ll play a vital role in supporting employees and managers, coordinating key HR processes, and collaborating with regional and global teams to drive consistency, accuracy, and innovation in HR services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end HR administration including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and HRIS updates.

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll inputs and employee benefits in coordination with external vendors and finance.

  • Maintain compliance with Indonesian labor laws, support audits, and manage documentation and reporting.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and systems.

  • Support the execution of annual HR cycles such as performance management, engagement surveys, and policy implementation.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and support HR service digitization and automation.

  • Assist in employee communication, policy localization, and rollout of people-related initiatives.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 4+ years of experience in HR operations or as a generalist, ideally in a multinational setting.

  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws; familiarity with Singapore labor laws is a plus.

  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with HR systems (e.g., SAP or similar) is an advantage.

  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

  • Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across global and regional teams.
