Key Missions
Join our vibrant, globally connected HR Operations team—a diverse, people-focused group dedicated to operational excellence and continuous improvement. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist based in Indonesia to support seamless HR delivery, enhance employee experience, and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
You’ll play a vital role in supporting employees and managers, coordinating key HR processes, and collaborating with regional and global teams to drive consistency, accuracy, and innovation in HR services.
Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end HR administration including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and HRIS updates.

Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll inputs and employee benefits in coordination with external vendors and finance.

Maintain compliance with Indonesian labor laws, support audits, and manage documentation and reporting.

Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and systems.

Support the execution of annual HR cycles such as performance management, engagement surveys, and policy implementation.

Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and support HR service digitization and automation.

Assist in employee communication, policy localization, and rollout of people-related initiatives.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

4+ years of experience in HR operations or as a generalist, ideally in a multinational setting.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws; familiarity with Singapore labor laws is a plus.

Proficient in MS Office; experience with HR systems (e.g., SAP or similar) is an advantage.

High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across global and regional teams.
