Global Functions

Purpose

This role ensures the global protection of the Group's interests by safeguarding its operations, employees, material assets and information in all circumstances and in all locations where the Group is present and/or operates.

Key Missions

  • Drives the Security performance within the site to ensure satisfaction and adherence to the objectives defined.
  • Promote and develop Security methods, tools and mindset within all departments.
  • Champion an open Security culture within the site.
  • Ensure deployment and where necessary, customisation of documentation and teams in the application of IDEMIA policies and procedures.
  • Manage the Physical Security Systems (Access Control, CCTV and Intruder).
  • Monitor KPIs, propose action plans and drive their execution with appropriate reporting and follow-up.
  • Organise and conducts Security trainings.
  • Responsible to report any significant change or issue to the Regional Security Officer
  • Maintain and improve the Security Management System in line with the security guidelines.
  • Managing the site security guards and defining their roles and responsibilities.
  • Monitor and ensure the implementation of the strategy, policies, processes and governance in several defined areas related to security, within international scope
  • Monitor and anticipate current and future threats to IDEMIA interests within its area of responsibility
  • Develop and analyze security-related indicators, ensure relevant actions are implemented
  • Ensure compliance with applicable national and international regulations
  • Advise business teams on security actions
  • Advise on security strategy within its area of responsibility
  • Ensure the development of crisis management capabilities within its area of responsibility
  • Participate in crisis units within his/her organization and scope of responsibility
  • Establish and maintain partnership and coordination relations with state Able to contribute to the full scope under guidance

Profile & Other Information

Qualification Information: Qualification in Security, IT or relevant field.

Additional Requirements: ​​​​​​​

  • 2 years’ experience in Line Management
  • Project Management skills
  • Digital skills and comfortable working on new and diverse software.
  • Manage Security Vendors
  • Manage Audits
  • Good Communication Skills
