Purpose

This role leads a team of professionals in the customer management, where it identifies and develops new and strategic business opportunities and generates profitable revenue streams in line with the business objectives.

Key Missions

  • Creates, owns, and delivers the vision and strategic VCP plan for the territory
  • Leads, motivates, and supports commercial teams
  • Defines and delivers against key targets, including revenue, EBITDA, working capital, and new Business wins
  • Owns and develops senior commercial relationships within customer base
  • Develops new and strategic Business opportunities with new and existing customers
  • Extends the scope of products and services delivered to customers
  • Generates new streams of revenue by ensuring the team completes effective sales proposals, including all supporting sales cycle activity, leading to negotiated and acceptable contractual terms and conditions
  • Manages effectively the resources to deliver the agreed customer requirements
  • Owns responsibility for a sub-region generating revenue below 30 million euros
