This role performs tasks of the handling process to ensure the demand, on time delivery and required quality from customers.
This role involves all order fulfillment activities, including picking, collating, packing, finishing or special packaging, quality control and dispatch to various items produced.

Purpose

This role performs tasks of the handling process to ensure the demand, on time delivery and required quality from customers. This role involves all order fulfillment activities, including picking, collating, packing, finishing or special packaging, quality control and dispatch to various items produced.

Key Missions

Assembles, packages, and labels finished products in accordance with IDEMIA processes and compliance

Ensures proper packing and packaging of product in accordance with specific customer requirements

Maintains records of fulfilment and packaging operation, using specified forms and systems

Develops lean procedures to improve the overall fulfilment and packaging process

Follows company policies and procedures regarding work quality, dress code and regulatory compliance

Owns accountability for setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting production packaging resources

Uses resources and tools to package materials or products into envelopes or containers

Restocks packing and fulfilment resources with packaging materials

Profile & Other Information

Owns accountability for setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting production packaging resources

Managerial responsibilities: No management or management of < 3
Education or equivalent work experience: No minimum education nor work experience
Minimum necessary experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience(s)
