Purpose
This role transforms requirements into software according to design, to maximize business value and customer satisfaction.
This position is required to implement, integrate, develop and deliver complex system, sub-system or interfaces during development life cycle. It needs to meet on time, on cost and quality delivery.
Key Missions
- Participate in the software architecture (specification analysis, technical studies, technology assessment, etc.),
- Design and code autonomously complex functions and full modules, within agreed quality, deadline and cost
- Coach less experienced software developers.
- Perform code reviews and basic troubleshooting, Participate in workshop with customer & External parties
- Uses programming, scripting, and/or database languages to write software code that meet requirements and that optimize software performance
- Identifies existing software components/libraries/frameworks to reuse in the solutions
- Applies knowledge of software development best practices, including coding standards, secure coding, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations,
- Contributes to requirement (functional and non-functional) analysis and estimations,
- Responsible for implementation and unit test for sub-system or interfaces, and ensure code quality;
- Supports software testing, deployment, maintenance, and evolution activities by correcting programming errors, responding to scope changes, and coding software enhancements,
- Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing code comments, layouts, diagrams and charts
- Will be assigned to work on product development and delivery of projects
- Other duties as assigned
Technical Skills
- Knowledge in programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, JSON, Angular, C/C++ etc.) and frameworks (Java EE, Hibernate, Spring/Springboot)
- Ideally candidate should be familiar with open source technologies like Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, Drools, Elasticstack etc
- Experience in Linux and Windows environment and scripting will be an added advantage
- Hands-on different development, automation, build and test environments (VScode, Jenkins, etc.),
- Knowledge on DevSecOps process and different tools (Jira, Testlink, GIT, etc.),
- Strong understanding of software lifecycle (agile, waterfall, etc.),
- Knowledge of security and database,
- UI/UX awareness
Profile & Other Information
Experience & background:
- At least 8 years’ experience in object-oriented and agile software development;
- Experience in writing Design Documentation, Object-Oriented Software Design;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Education:
- Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Computer Engineering / Computer Science or a relevant discipline;

- English fluent in both oral and written;

- Able to work under pressure
