Solution Architecture 1
Purpose
A Solution Architect works together with local program & pre-sales teams, plus R&D, products teams, project delivery teams and various experts overseas to frame the customer needs, define the solution design and support the project from the pre-sales until the project implementation and delivery.
A Solution Architect is responsible to ensure proper product/project requirements definition and definition in product/project by transforming into efficient design for applications/services with consensus from the team and ensure proper execution of the design and monitor KPIs.
A Solution Architect must have a balanced mix of technical and business skills.
Key Missions
- Support client solution manager for RFI/RFP response (cost consolidation/technical proposal)
- Support program manager to reach proper product/project definition/requirements/solution design
- Define/translate requirements into design documentation with the solution development team
- Support in technical expertise within the project to solve issues, improve on the application implementation
- Product design documentation and Technical KPI analysis
- Analyzing the technology environment and Analyzing enterprise specifics
- Analyzing and documenting requirements and Setting the collaboration framework
- Creating a solution prototype and Participating in technology selection
- Controlling solution development and Supporting project management
