Quality Analyst

Inspect, monitor and report process deviations, communicate improvement actions to ensure the quality of processes and products, complying with international and local quality standards, as well as occupational health and safety guidelines dictated by the organization.

Key Missions

• Participate in the investigation, testing and identification of root cause defects or non-conformities and work to define and deliver corrective actions with the appropriate team.
• Know and comply with the procedures, instructions, formats and all documentation corresponding to quality control and assurance.
• Update the documentation related to the quality process and communicate it to the quality inspectors.
• Report the incidents and observations identified in the internal process audit to the Quality Coordinator, following up on the production line ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Communicate and publish to the staff the incidents that occurred, as well as the containment and corrective measures using the Quality Alerts format for the awareness of all staff.
• Review the development of the input inspection process (materials), record input of supplies and cards, generate change requests, request customer compliance, release compliant batches and communicate the results with the areas involved.
• Check that quality inspectors correctly use the formats, procedures and instructions of the quality area for compliance with the Quality Management System and to avoid non-conformities.
• Verify the entry of new projects to ensure compliance with customer requirements and processes, meeting the established times.
• Conduct qualification tests for new products and equipment, record and report the results obtained to the Quality Coordinator to ensure compliance with the requirements of international (franchise) and local standards.
• Actively participate in the execution of the SIM program, having a mindset of continuous improvement in the area and the process, detecting opportunities for improvement to resolve incidents.
• Assist the Quality Coordination in the functions required for compliance with the objectives of the Quality Management System and continuous improvement.
• Comply with the Quality, Safety, Occupational Health and Environment Policy and the specific objectives of the area.
• Leads or participates in periodic reviews (with a quality focus) with relevant departments and teams (local and global) to improve business performance and consolidate customer feedback
• Identifies opportunities to continually improve business performance in support of continuous improvement efforts
• Maintains accurate and relevant reports or documentation as required, including inspection and documentation reports, core reports, customer reports, departmental reports, quality documents, templates, and business presentations
• Supports the process owner in organizing cross-functional teams to investigate, identify root cause, implement, and report on appropriate corrective actions that satisfy customer, third party, or audit requirements
• Supports and participates in inspections and audits, may lead some audits
• Addresses issues that are typically not complex


• Intermediate English B1- B2
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in quality control and assurance
• Minimum of 2 years of production experience
• Education, Engineering, Bachelor's degree or degree in management, quality or related areas.
• Training in basic knowledge of quality tools
• Experience with ISO 90001 version 2015
• Experience with statistics management tools such as Pareto, histograms.
• Power BI tools - desirable
• Basic knowledge of continuous improvement - desirable
• Complete Office Office 365 - essential
• Experience with quality tools
• Basic knowledge of internal and external audits, course or experience (ISO 99901)
• Availability to rotate shifts.
• Regular hours: 7:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Frida y, Saturday 8:00am to 12pm
• 100% availability for work on site at the Chacaclayo headquarters, located at: Av. Carretera Central Km. 17.5 – Chacaclayo.
