Quality Coordinator

Purpose

 

This role develops and sustains Quality Management Systems in line with the required industry standards (including ISO 9001), accreditation and business requirements across the organisation through existing and new procedures.

Key Missions

 

  • Apply the quality standards for material, WIP and end goods and during the production process
  • Promote the awareness about the customers’ requirements
  • Perform Quality checks and Quality KPIs; customer claims, returns, rejections, …
  • Collaborate in the quality standards definition and for putting in place the appropriate corrective and improvement actions

 

Connections: The Quality Coordinator will report directly to the Quality Manager, under the Service Centre Manager responsibility.

Profile & Other Information

 

IDEMIA is seeking to appoint a highly qualified Quality Coordinator, preferably starting in January 2025.


The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • A degree in Quality or related field
  • English at B1 (upper intermediate) level minimum
  • Spanish
  • Solid knowledge of the Lean Tools, including 5S, visual management, Short interval management, …

 

Others: 

  • CRM – Change Request Management
  • Monitoring and measurement equipment’s
  • AQL definition
  • Coordinating a team of 2 employees

 

Technical knowledge in any of the next areas:

  • ISO9001/2015
  • Lean Manufacturing
  • Power BI
  • Audit experience
  • Mandatory: Microsoft Office (Excel – Word)
  • Desirable (nice to have): ISO14000

Location:

  • Position in Torrejón de Ardoz – Madrid
  • Production environment (100% on-site)
