Purpose

Full time on the project from the kick-off meeting to 2 months after Go-Live

The ERP rollout analyst will play a key role in supporting ERP implementation and SSC rollout projects to ensure project objectives are on time, on budget and quality.

Possible to convert to Accounting operation accountant after rollout.

Key Missions

•    Coordinate rollout activities with key stakeholders, users, IT support, finance teams and project consultants
•    Ensure availability of the users during trainings and UAT
•    Prepare ERP set up files i.e, master data, configuration files etc. 
•    Cleansing of master data and organize the validation of new imported data
•    Organize training sessions
•    Organize UAT sessions and prepare UAT reports
•    Ensure 1st Level of Support to End Users during hypercare
•    Monitor and measure success metrics

Profile & Other Information

  • Finance or Accounting background
  • At least 3 years working experience
  • Excellent active listening and communication skills
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages (both written and verbal) to a variety of audiences
  • Must be a team player and able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations

Location: based in Philippines.  May require to travel for roll out and implementations.
