Purpose

This role acts as a bridge between the end users and systems development teams to transform business needs into functional use cases for software or hardware based solutions while optimizing IDEMIAs business value.

Key Missions

Administrate the EPM platform

  • Guaranty that EPM application & database servers are available, for all environment (development, pre production, production)
  • Be the link between IT and EPM Team, to administrate the platform.
  • Propose all preventives and corrective actions, and execute these actions.
  • Document all systems and processes.

Develop & test all customized add-in

  • Identify, document, solve & test issues using different environment
  • Training & explain all technical solutions to use and to put in place.
  • Suggest, put in place all necessary processes to improve the platform.

Working in close relationship with "Application & Process Support EPM" & "EPM Team"

 

Technical competencies:

  • Tools: EPM PWA, MSP, Excel, Excel VB, JIRA, Confluence, MS Office
  • Process: Project Management, Financial Process, IT Process
