ERP Migration Manager

Purpose

Full time project manager to program manage ERP cum SSC implementation for the Europe and MEA regions.

Experienced with system migration with at least 3 years projects with successful Go-live experiences.

The local rollout project manager will play a key role in ensuring project meet objectives on time, on budget and quality.

He/she will have the responsibility to deliver the project on site and have to work through many others in the organization to succeed:

  • Work with local sponsor to ensure the involvement of the local key users, to explain decisions to take and ensure his local support.
  • Work with local key users, increase employee adoption and usage. This profile will act as a coach for the local key users and end users and will help them to fulfill their roles
  • Work with the Target ERP central team to obtain all information and support mandatory for the success of the local project. He/She will be the main point of contact of the Central pilot manager.

Key Missions

Manage the local project : build the project plan and deliver it. Apply the roll-out methodology and templates sent by the Central team
Ensure the availability of the key users. Lead all the local actions after the fit & gap session
Escalate all issues and risks to local sponsor and central team. Provide necessary business inputs to central team to setup & build the solution
Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities. Define & Drive communication and change management plan
Plan, Coordinate & Perform User Acceptance tests of the solution. Lead the cleansing of local data and organize the validation of new imported data
Identify the localization of the training sessions and organize the delivery of the training support. Organize and follow up End-Users trainings
Evaluate and ensure user readiness. Participate to cut-over plan and execute it.Ensure 1st Level of Support to End Users
Plan and manage all the local follow-up meetings and local steering committers.Perform local communication on the progress of the project.

Profile & Other Information

Familiarity with project management roll-out approaches, principles, methodologies, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
Excellent active listening and communication skills
Ability to clearly articulate messages (both written and verbal) to a variety of audiences
Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
Problem solving and root cause identification skills
Must be a team player and able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
Acute understanding of organizational issues and challenges
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere
Familiar with Finance shared service set up
Able to handle few project implementations in parallel.
Proficiency in SAPB1 and/or MS Dynamics 365 is a plus.
