Finance Operations Lead [Night Shift]

Purpose

Supervises and manages the team of Master Data Analysts, Billing Analysts, and Accounts Payable Analysts.

Key Missions

  • Manages a team of process accountants
  • Plans resources and organizes work
  • Manages site requirements with the shift manager
  • Ensures compliance with Master Data,  Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
  • Analyzes and creates reports of Accounts Payables/Receivables age (DSO, DPO)
  • Identifies General Ledger transactions related to AP or AR, and either posts them in the Ledger or provides information to GL Accountant for posting
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders (Purchasing, Customer Service, Controlling, HR, Tax…) to solve questions and issues
  • Provides all of the necessary documents during audits (internal/external, statutory and tax)
  • Participates in finance and accounting department projects
  • Drives the performance of the activity
  • Solves issues, collaborating with internal stakeholders
  • Proposes and implements process improvements

Profile & Other Information

  • At least 5 to 7 years of relevant working experience
  • Bachelor of Science Accountancy Graduate
  • Strong understanding of the best-in-class finance practices and processes
  • Knowledge of US regulatory authorities and requirements
  • Able to manage a large team with their daily roles and responsibilities
  • Verify work performance and correct where necessary
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Analytical and detail-oriented; able to make good business sense from financial data
  • Able to co-manage the site with the Shift Manager
  • Excellent decision making and problem-solving ability
  • Self-motivated individual who is able to work well independently as well as under pressure with accuracy and commitment
  • Strong project management skills & organizational skills are must with a sense of urgency to all tasks set.
  • Strict attention to detail, accurate and reliable
  • Can do attitude and flexible to change
  • Ability to work autonomously, be results orientated and respect deadlines
  • Enthusiasm and team player attitude
