Purpose

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources function, acting as a strategic HR Business Partner, overseeing office management, and championing employee welfare. This role will play a key part in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, ensuring a positive work environment, and driving employee engagement and well-being.

Key Missions

1. HR Business Partnering
•    Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business goals.
•    Provide guidance on talent management, succession planning, and workforce development.
•    Support organizational change initiatives and drive a high-performance culture.
•    Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
2. Office Management & Administration
•    Oversee office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workplace environment.
•    Manage vendor relationships for office supplies, facilities, and external services.
•    Ensure workplace safety, security, and compliance with office regulations.
•    Coordinate office events, meetings, and administrative processes.
3. Employee Welfare & Engagement
•    Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee well-being and work-life balance.
•    Drive employee engagement programs, including recognition, wellness, and social events.
•    Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and foster a supportive work culture.
•    Monitor and improve workplace policies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.

Profile & Other Information

Qualifications & Experience:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
•    Minimum 7 years of experience in HR management, including business partnering.
•    Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and office administration.
•    Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
•    Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
