Intercompany Analyst

Purpose
The process accounting ensures the proper booking and recognition of transactional operations, so that associated financial transactions can be performed and so that company can reflect accurate and fair financial statements.
Key Missions
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage intercompany project recharges across entities in accordance with transfer pricing agreements and group policies.
- Track project-related expenditures and allocate costs to the appropriate legal entities.
- Prepare and issue intercompany recharge invoices and ensure proper recording in ERP systems.
- Reconcile intercompany balances and resolve discrepancies with internal teams across regions.
- Coordinate with project managers, finance business partners, and shared service centers to ensure accurate project cost tracking and reporting.
- Support month-end and year-end close activities related to intercompany project transactions.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project accounting policies, procedures, and controls.
- Prepare project financial reports and analyses to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with tax and compliance teams to ensure adherence to transfer pricing and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives related to intercompany and project accounting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent qualification preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in project accounting, intercompany transactions, or general accounting.
- Solid understanding of intercompany accounting principles and project cost allocation.
- Proficiency in ERP systems SAP B1 and D365.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, TM1) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a global, fast-paced environment.
Profile & Other Information
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a Shared Services Center (SSC)
- Familiarity with transfer pricing documentation and compliance.
- Knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP.
