Master Data Analyst I

Purpose
This role centrally governs the creation and the maintenance of Master Data in the main ERP systems in line with IDEMIA standards and regulatory and customer requirements.
Key Missions
- Manages, maintains and develops the master data within a variety of business application systems to ensure information held is accurate and up to date
- Provides advice and supports the creation and the modification of the following Master Data: Suppliers/Vendors, Customers, Projects, and Sales Orders
- Ensures all Service Level Agreements are fully met regarding creation and modification
- Maintains and develops master data process documentation, ensuring they are up to date and relevant
- Maintains, reviews and monitors systems to ensure data accuracy and quality
- Conducts testing and system validation to troubleshoot issues related to master data management and system
- Supports accounting and project teams
- Coordinates Master Data involvement in projects
- Identifies and implements process improvements in relation to master data processes
- Implements new processes for new projects or developments and proposes innovative solutions
Profile & Other Information
- At least 2 to 5 years of relevant working experience
- Bachelor of Science Accountancy Graduate
- Strong understanding of the best-in-class finance practices and processes
- Knowledge of US regulatory authorities and requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Analytical and detail-oriented; able to make good business sense from financial data
- Excellent decision making and problem-solving ability
- Self-motivated individual who is able to work well independently as well as under pressure with accuracy and commitment
- Strong project management skills & organizational skills are must with a sense of urgency to all tasks set.
- Strict attention to detail, accurate and reliable
- Can do attitude and flexible to change
- Ability to work autonomously, be results orientated and respect deadlines
- Enthusiasm and team player attitude
