📍 Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines | Hybrid (2 days remote per week)

Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Master Data Analyst II to join our global operations hub in Makati. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the creation, maintenance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement of the organization’s master data assets (including Customer, Supplier, and Project master data). You will ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across multiple systems and platforms, enabling reliable reporting, analytics, and business operations.

Key Missions

  • Govern, manage, and maintain master data within ERP and business application systems (Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains, Project Management System).
  • Ensure timely and accurate creation and modification of master data in line with SLAs.
  • Perform data quality analysis, identify anomalies, duplicates, and inconsistencies, and execute cleansing and enrichment activities.
  • Maintain and develop master data process documentation, ensuring relevance and compliance.
  •  Collaborate with business stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Project Team, etc.) to gather data requirements and resolve data issues.
  • Conduct system testing and validation to troubleshoot and resolve master data–related issues.
  • Support project teams in data migration activities.
  • Identify, propose, and implement process improvements and innovative solutions for master data governance.
  • Coordinate master data involvement in global and local projects.
  • Implement new master data processes for projects, enhancements, or business developments.
  • Other operational tasks that maybe assigned related to master data process.

Profile & Other Information

  • Hands-on experience in master data management.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, IT, Finance, or related field).
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains experience is a plus but not required).
  • Strong Excel skills and good command of MS Office applications.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken (B2 minimum).
  • Proven problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer service orientation with strong stakeholder management abilities.
