Purpose
PMO plays a key role in supporting the successful delivery of the Finance COE transformation initiatives. The role will provide analytical, reporting, governance, and project delivery support across the portfolio of Finance projects including ERP rollouts Finance process improvements, automation, and cross-functional initiatives.
In addition to providing PMO support, this role will also take ownership and lead small to medium-sized projects or workstreams, from planning to delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring business outcomes are met.
Key Missions
Project Portfolio Support
- Support the planning, tracking, and governance of the COE project portfolio.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project status, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs, and action trackers.
- Coordinate preparation of project dashboards, status reports, and leadership reporting packs.
- Support project planning activities including creation of timelines, work plans, and milestone tracking.
Leading Small to Medium-Sized Projects
- Take full ownership of assigned small to medium-sized projects or project workstreams (e.g., tool deployment, process improvements, reporting automation, training rollouts).
- Develop project plans, manage stakeholder expectations, coordinate cross-functional resources, and drive project execution.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
- Conduct project reviews, capture lessons learned, and contribute to continuous improvement.
Project Analytics & Reporting
- Develop and maintain PMO dashboards, KPI reports, and project performance analytics using tools such as Power BI, Excel, Smartsheet, or equivalent.
- Analyze project data to provide insights and recommendations to project teams and leadership.
- Monitor benefits realization tracking across key transformation initiatives.
- Support continuous improvement of PMO reporting processes and templates.
Governance & Quality Assurance
- Support PMO Lead in facilitating project reviews, Steering Committees, and governance forums.
- Ensure project documentation and deliverables meet agreed standards and quality criteria.
- Support consistent use of PMO tools, templates, and methodologies across the Finance COE project portfolio.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Functional Leads, and Regional Finance teams to gather project updates and inputs.
- Facilitate effective communication between project teams and stakeholders.
- Help drive engagement and awareness of transformation initiatives across the Finance COE and broader organization.
Profile & Other Information
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or other related field
- 4–6 years of experience in PMO, Project Management, or Business Analyst roles.
- Prior experience supporting Finance transformation, ERP rollouts, or Shared Services/COE projects preferred.
- Proven experience in independently managing small to medium-sized projects or workstreams.
- Experience working in a global organization or multi-country project environment is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong project coordination and governance skills.
- Ability to independently manage and deliver small to medium-sized projects.
- Proficient in project tracking tools (JIRA, MS Project, Smartsheet), reporting (Power BI, Excel), and collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams).
- Excellent analytical and data visualization skills.
- Strong attention to detail and structured approach to project reporting and documentation.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Self-starter, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.

- High-quality, accurate, and timely project portfolio reporting and dashboards.
- Successful on-time and on-scope delivery of assigned small to medium-sized projects or workstreams.
- Well-maintained RAID logs and action trackers supporting effective project governance.
- Strong collaboration and coordination across global project teams and stakeholders.
- Increased transparency and visibility of Finance SSC transformation progress.
- Positive feedback from PMO Lead, Project Managers, and Finance leadership on PMO support and project leadership quality.
